I wasn't planning on getting a massage today. I just had some free time and decided to stop in. Turns out it was exactly what I needed. My shoulders had been feeling heavy all week, and by the end of the session I could actually feel them relax. It's crazy how much tension you carry without noticing.

I arrived feeling quite tense and in need of some relaxation. After the massage, I felt significantly more comfortable and stress-free. The tension in my shoulders eased noticeably, and my whole body felt lighter. It was a calming experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Honestly just needed a massage to relax, but it ended up helping with muscle soreness too. Felt less stiff the next morning.
